A Message to Our Guests
Hotel Petronilla has opened about 10 years ago and since then we are caring about people. And also in this very particular COVID-19 situation we want to reassure guests and staff of our ongoing commitment to their safety, comfort and wellbeing.
Reopening now, after a lock-down of 4 months, we are following a rigorous protocol of highest standards in order to make guests and employees feel at ease and secure at our hotel.
Therefore, we follow the health and safety measures of the local government:
Prior to re-opening our hotel, we have cleaned and sanitized all hotel areas which include all rooms and public spaces and back of house areas. All air conditioning units and air filters have received specialized treatment.
Our employees have received training in the new protocols. All third parties we deal with will be asked to follow the same procedures. We also check temperature of all staff members on arrival each day and if any is showing any Covid-19 symptoms, staff will be asked to remain at home. All members of staff will wear protective masks whilst performing their duties.
All luggage arriving at the hotel can be sanitized before being delivered to the rooms. Guests can choose to be accompanied to the rooms or getting explanation of the in-room facilities in the lobby.
The hotel rooms will be meticulously cleaned and sanitized, using products effective against Covid-19. All areas will be aired regularly.
Regular cleaning and disinfection procedures will be implemented in all public areas and in the lift, on surfaces and touch points.
Social distancing will be observed in all public areas as required by local regulations.
Breakfast will be served à la carte in our dining room or in the outside patio as well as in the rooms for those who feel more comfortable staying in their rooms.
Masks, disposable gloves and hand sanitizers are available to our guests.
