There are great things that can be done only in small.
For example: the apple pie that we serve at breakfast, which sets off the effect of “the search of lost time”, is made according to a passed-on recipe from my mom using ingredients of my valley. It gets really good only in small quantities and is slightly different each time.
True hospitality on a human scale, since each person is different and unique, cannot be standardized.
We consider every guest staying with us as a guest of honor, and, at the same time, part of the family.

My grandfather had an inn attached to a post office and horse exchange station in the Imagna Valley.
My father turned the old station with inn into a popular trattoria.
Me and my family made it a restaurant with the name “Posta”. Two of my
brothers have opened another restaurant, the “Frosio” beautiful and awarded with a Michelin star. In addition to cooking at the “Posta” I do enjoy making cakes and other small delights for my hotel. But all is from the same ingredients and the same traditions of my mother, and my grandmother, and my great-grandmother.
