There are great things that can be done only in small.
\nFor example: the apple pie that we serve at breakfast, which sets off the effect of \u201cthe search of lost time\u201d, is made according to a passed-on recipe from my mom using ingredients of my valley. It gets really good only in small quantities and is slightly different each time.
\nTrue hospitality on a human scale, since each person is different and unique, cannot be standardized.
\nWe consider every guest staying with us as a guest of honor, and, at the same time, part of the family.
\nHotel Petronilla is the home, the house in Bergamo for our guests, where to return often and always with pleasure.
\nOur definition of luxury is attention to detail, unsurpassed friendly service and tailored\u00a0experiences in comfortable and elegant ambience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

My grandfather had an inn attached to a post office and horse exchange station in the Imagna Valley.
\nMy father turned the old station with inn into a popular trattoria.
\nMe and my family made it a restaurant with the name “Posta”. Two of my
\nbrothers have opened another restaurant, the \u201cFrosio\u201d beautiful and awarded with a Michelin star. In addition to cooking at the \u201cPosta\u201d I do enjoy making cakes and other small delights for my hotel. But all is from the same ingredients and the same traditions of my mother, and my grandmother, and my great-grandmother.

The bar and the kitchen instead speak the superior language, universally understood, from the delight on the palate, which makes everyone understand the quality of the ingredients, and the ways to cook them.<\/p>\n
